/who er - All players with 'er' in their nation name
will produce the same results as
/whois name er - All players with 'er' in their nation name
When using the level command you may type just the level, or a range of levels. For example:
/who level 5 - All players currently at level 5
/who level 1-5 - All players currently at levels 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5
When using the faction command you must type the whole name of the factionexactly (not case sensitive).
